Terms & Conditions of FTO  
 

Bookings: Contracts and agreements will be valid consequent to FLOWER TOUR OPERATION confirmation of the booking by fax, e-mail, letter or telephone. At the time of confirmation, a deposit of 25% of the total cost is requested. The remaining amount of the total cost shall be paid 30 days before the commencement of the tour. Unless prior arrangements have been made, FTO is not indebted to conduct the tour if complete payment has not been received.

Cancellations: Cancellations of tour bookings must be made in writing, and are subject to the following charges:

1. from 60 days to 31 days prior to departure an administrative fee of US$50.00 per person will be made.
2. 30 days to 15 days prior to departure, a fee of 50% of the tour price will be charged.
3. Cancellations made within 14 days prior to departure, no refund will be made

 

Responsibility and Liability: Only the laws of Ethiopia govern FTO’S liability to passengers transported in its own vehicles and all claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of Ethiopia in which the cause of action arises. Although every possible care is taken to safeguard you and your property, FTO accepts no liability for loss or damage of any personal effects. FTO will dispose its best efforts to assist visitors when dealing with third parties such as hotels, air lines and other transport companies and travel agents. However, FTO can not be held responsible for any loss or harm such as sickness, injury, or additional costs incurred due to denied boarding, overbooking, cancellation or delay caused by the third party.

Itineraries: Only selected itineraries are arranged here, however, numerous types of tours that suit the traveler’s convenience can be organized. Combined tours can also be arranged on request.
